Preparation (6-7 hamburgers)
Chop the onion and the garlic, and sautée them in olive oil.
Add the mushrooms cut in quarters and cook for a few more minutes.
Season and mix everything with Yamaní Rice cooked as per the package, add the chopped parsley and the egg.
Shape the hamburgers, cover them in cling film and store in the fridge for two hours.
Place them in a pan with olive oil and cook them on both sides.
