Fragant rice with roasted vegetables and egg



1/2 cup of Fragant Rice

1/2 red cabbage

2 zucchini

1 carrot

2 eggs

Preparation (2 servings)

Cook the rice as indicated on the package and add butter and salt.

Bake the red cabbage, zucchini and carrot seasoned with salt and pepper and oil.

Serve on a plate, and lastly cook the eggs.

The egg should be cooked in boiling water, removed after six minutes and soaked in cold water to achieve the right consistency.
