Preparation (10 cookies)
First beat the eggs, the sugar and the oil together.
Add the melted chocolate and continue mixing.
Mix the rice flour and plain flour with a teaspoon of baking soda.
Combine both preparations and place on a baking tray with lined greaseproof paper.
The dough will spread out in the oven, so just make ball shapes with the dough and the cookies will shape themselves during the baking process.
Preheat the oven for about 10 minutes and cook for approximately 15 minutes.
